Jen Kopec, RYT, LMT completed the Forrest Yoga Teacher Training Program in 2009 and the Forrest Yoga Mentorship Program in 2011. After practicing different styles of yoga, Jen was drawn to Forrest Yoga because it invites you to be exactly who you are. It gets you strong and centered connecting you to your core through deep breathing and long holds in asana (poses). It does not require flexibility only an open mind.
As a teacher, Jen’s intention is to create and maintain a safe space for students to experience yoga in their own way, at their own pace. She currently teaches yoga and offers bodywork in New Haven, CT and Provincetown, MA.
