Begin your month with a nurturing restorative practice. Let go of the stress from the previous month. Natosha will guide you in a serious of supported poses designed to allow your nervous system to deeply relax and recharge. This class will leave your refreshed for the new week. Please bring your own props if you have them!
Restorative Yoga is about moving the mind and body away from normal activity and into a relaxed state of being. Poses will be held for 5-20 minutes, allowing the body time to unwind and shift into deep relaxation. Restorative yoga is a gift you give to yourself. It is a rare opportunity to experience deep healing rest.
