Class 1: Movement Intelligence 101: An Embodied Anatomical Compass
You are more than the sum of your parts. Even still, increased anatomical awareness will make
moving with ease, easier! Create optimal experiences for students’ bodies and longevity for teachers’
by mapping your bones, muscles and joints through self-touch techniques and become inspired to feel and
see how you can move differently. A pair of Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls are required for this class.

Class 2: Fascia, Muscle, & Movement: How its all Connected
Increase your anatomical fluency by uncovering all there is to know and feel about the many types of
connective tissue in the body, most popularly and famous these days is the FASCIA! In the process,
discover how to align your joints and stretch (or load) your muscles to deliver the most balanced movement
nutrition to all your parts. A pair of Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls are required for this class.

Class 3: The Hip Core
The core is more than just your abs! Discover the movements that help you establish a better
connection between your hips and your lower back for an integrated understanding of pelvic and core

Class 4: The Shoulder Core
The core is more than just your abs! Discover the movements that help you establish a better
connection between your arms, neck and your spine for an integrated understanding of shoulder
and core anatomy and improved health in all of your joints. A pair of Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls

Class 5: The Breathing, Pumping, Digesting Core
The core is more than just your abs! Discover the anatomy and movements that help you establish a better
connection between you and your respiratory, circulatory, and digestive systems. Through gentle movement,
learn how the diaphragm and muscles of the pelvic floor function cohesively to create a network of
communication between these vital body areas and the tissues that embrace them all. A pair of Yoga
Tune Up Therapy Balls are required for this class.

Class 6: Stress, Rest and the Nervous System
The human body was born to move but teaching it to slow down, especially for a body with a stressed
out nervous system, is not always clear or easy. Learn about your nervous system via the vagus nerve
and how vital both are to the healthy functioning of our entire movement system. Understand why
encouraging deeper levels of relaxation may not be the most ideal choice for everyone! A pair of Yoga
Tune Up Therapy Balls are required for this class.
This series is appropriate for all experience levels.

Lillee Chandra LMT, E-RYT is a licensed Massage Therapist, Yoga Tune Up® Integrated Teacher and Anatomy Trainer. Her passion for teaching others to move well is fueled by more than 20 years of experience in competitive sports, movement arts, health education, and bodywork. She is distinguished among alternative therapy practitioners as a specialist in postural education, pain management, and injury rehabilitation. She presents at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Pure Yoga, and YogaWorks. Lillee is currently concluding her Clinical Orthopedic Massage Therapy Certificate with Dr. Joseph Muscolino.
