Samuel Finn

After growing up observing his mother practice ​yoga, Samuel began his own practice seven years ago at the request of his medical practioner. Samuel's initial practice was primarily to recover from illness and injury as a ​competitive high school and collegiate ​athlete. With time, Samuel increasingly sought the benefits of strength, flexibility, and stillness offered by both yoga and meditation. As a means of deepening his practice working in a rigorous corporate environment, Samuel attained both his 200HR vinyasa and 300HR ashtanga certification.

After time away from the mat, Samuel reconnected with yoga as part of his personal recovery. Spending more time on the mat propelled his discovery of self through healing and releasing​ of​ old thoughts and habits.

Samuel's classes are ashtanga and power vinyasa based. In Samuel's class you will find athletic yoga that is focused on ​proper alignment, ​functional flexibility, and core strength.

Samuel​ enjoys ​​spending time in the gym,​ cooking,​ surfing, skiing, skydiving, and crunching numbers.
