In this
beginner's class, poses will be explained and broken down for better understanding.
This class is a great compliment to your workout schedule. Men are encouraged
to join.
Instructor:
Rhonda Wilson is a Yogafit certified instructor since 2005. Even though she's
only been teaching for 1 1/2 years, Rhonda has been practicing for about 6
years. Her passion for yoga was spotted from a previous instructor who then
strongly encouraged her to pursue the teaching aspect. Yoga was a saving grace
for her. By offering strong encouragement and by showing endless variations
of poses to her past students, they in turn titled her the 'Queen of Modifications'.
Rhonda
believes in thorough instruction and a free flowing class. No limits or hangups
